Natuoral® offers subscription services allowing customers to receive regular deliveries of toothpaste products. Subscription services may include:

Payment must be made at the time of order using the available payment methods. All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing or modify fees at any time. Subscription fees will be billed at the frequency you select at the time of sign-up.

 

4.1 Pre-Orders

Some products are available to purchase as pre-orders prior to production being completed. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that dispatch is subject to production being finalised, that estimated timelines are indicative and subject to change, and that you may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund by contacting info@natuoral.co.uk.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. While Natuoral® aims to fulfill orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. 12. Subscriptions

 

12.1 Overview

Natuoral® offers convenient subscription plans for regular delivery of our toothpaste products. Subscriptions provide ongoing savings and automatic delivery based on your chosen frequency. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service and the specific subscription details presented at checkout.

 

12.2 Subscription Options and Loyalty Discounts

Customers may choose from the following delivery and discount options:

  • Every month – 20% off the standard product price (rewarding our most loyal customers)
  • Every 2 months – 15% off the standard product price
  • Every 3 months – 10% off the standard product price

You can modify your delivery frequency or product selection at any time via your Natuoral® account or by contacting info@natuoral.co.uk.

Example: If you are on a monthly subscription, you can change it to every 2 months, and your future billing and deliveries will automatically adjust to the new schedule.

The default recommendation for most customers is every 2 months, which balances product usage and convenience.

 

12.3 Formation of Contract

When you place a subscription order, you make an offer to purchase products on a recurring basis. A legally binding contract is formed once we send you a confirmation email. Each recurring delivery forms part of the same ongoing contract.

 

12.4 Billing and Renewal

Payments are taken in advance for each subscription cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Natuoral® and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each renewal period until you cancel.Your subscription automatically renews for the same interval you selected (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months) unless cancelled at least three (3) days before your next renewal date.

 

12.5 Managing, Pausing, or Cancelling

You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us.

  • Pausing: Pausing delays your next payment and delivery by the duration you choose. After the pause ends, charges and deliveries resume automatically.
  • Cancelling: Cancelling stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for payments already processed, unless statutory cooling-off rights apply (see Section 6 – Returns and Refunds).

 

12.6 Price and Discount Changes

We may adjust our subscription prices or discounts occasionally. If a change affects your active subscription, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email. You may cancel before the new rate takes effect; continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance.

 

12.7 Product Availability

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we will inform you promptly and either issue a refund for that cycle or offer a suitable alternative.

 

12.8 Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been made in error, contact us immediately at info@natuoral.co.uk. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.
