Natuoral – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your toothpaste and if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

 

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your toothpaste arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@natuoral.co.uk.

  • Please report issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include photos of the issue to help us assess it quickly.
  • We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.

 

2. Pre-Orders

Some products on www.natuoral.co.uk are available to purchase as pre-orders prior to production being completed. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that:

  • Your order will not be dispatched until production is finalised
  • Estimated dispatch timelines are indicative and subject to change
  • In the event of a significant delay, you will be notified by email and offered the option to cancel for a full refund
  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at info@natuoral.co.uk

Pre-order cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days.

 

3. Change of Mind

For hygiene reasons, opened toothpaste cannot be returned.If your toothpaste is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to Return:

  1. Email us at info@natuoral.co.uk with the subject line “RETURN,” including your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Include your name and email in the parcel so we can process your refund.

 

Please note:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to swap a product, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
