This Shipping Policy explains how Natuoral® handles delivery of our products, including subscription orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
  • Natuoral® reserves the right to cancel any order if the delivery address is outside the UK.

 

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times listed on our website are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, extreme weather)
    • Inadequate delivery instructions provided by the customer
  • Orders may be delivered in separate shipments if necessary.

 

2.1 Pre-Order Dispatch

Some products are available to purchase as pre-orders prior to production being completed. Pre-order items will be dispatched once production is finalised. Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated by email and are subject to change. You will be notified when your pre-order is ready to ship.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please notify us of any access restrictions (e.g., building codes, reception hours).
  • If a delivery attempt fails, you must contact the courier promptly to arrange re-delivery.
  • If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we may cancel the order and refund the product cost excluding shipping fees.
  • Any additional delivery, storage, or insurance costs caused by failure to comply with delivery instructions may be charged to the customer.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Subscription orders may include discounted or free shipping depending on promotions.


5. Subscription Deliveries

  • Subscription orders are shipped automatically according to your selected delivery interval (e.g., monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months).
  • Each scheduled delivery is typically sent in a single parcel.
  • If you bring forward a scheduled delivery, payment for that shipment will also be brought forward.
  • You are responsible for keeping your delivery address and access instructions up to date.
  • All terms in this Shipping Policy apply equally to subscription deliveries.


6. Changes to This Policy

  • Natuoral® reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
  • Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
