Cancellation policy

This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel purchases from Natuoral®. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Standard Purchases

  • You can cancel a standard toothpaste order within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • To cancel, notify us via email at info@natuoral.co.uk with your order number and details.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Goods must be returned in a condition that allows resale; any excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may reduce the refund amount.

 

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed and delivered automatically at the interval you select (e.g., monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months).
  • You may cancel, pause, or amend your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email.
  • Bringing forward a delivery will also bring forward the corresponding payment.
  • Ending a subscription does not automatically refund any payments already taken. Refunds may apply under UK consumer law.

 

3. Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders are for products not yet in stock. Payment may be collected in full or partially at checkout.
  • You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can request a refund according to our Returns Policy.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for standard purchases or pre-orders will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
  • Subscription payments are handled according to the subscription terms outlined in Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
